About the Project
Colour Coded was winner of the 2009 Dare to be Digital video game design competition and the team behind it have been nominated for the 2010 "Ones to Watch" award from BAFTA Scotland.
The website itself was fairly straightforward as all they were looking for me to do was re-code the design (as it was previously using code exported from dreamweaver) and move some things around slightly.
The main point of re-coding the site was to try and decrease the loading time and amount of bandwidth the site would use, so I optimised the main images on the layout to do just that.
